Breezy Card Catalog
Here is another item I have my wonderful, eagle-eyed husband to thank for! He always finds the good stuff, I swear!
We picked this up at one of the local antique shops here in town. It was a great deal and I've been wanting one of these for my craft room. I think it must have been taken out of a bank of catalog files, because the sides are nowhere to be found. I have big plans for this and cannot wait to reveal her after her face-lift! I'm working on it now, along with a couple of other projects I'll be posting soon. Have a great evening, everyone! |
Beauty Left at the Side of the Road

A couple of months back the hubs was taking a trip to the grocery store (yes, ladies - I know, I am very lucky to have a man who loves to grocery shop AND cook). He was gone for 2 minutes and then back. Considering it takes at least 5 to actually get to the store, I was wondering what was up. He barged in the door, "HONEY! Come look what I found on the side of the road for free!" When I saw 2 of these awesome little side tables and a little Queen Anne style table my eyes just about popped out of my head. Seriously, who would get rid of these? For free, nonetheless! I figure, their lack of insight is in my favor! Here's the quandary, though. I can't figure out what I want to do with them. There is a bit of damage to the surface. Nothing that couldn't be repaired. I kind of want to paint them with some Annie Sloan Chalk Paint (LOVE ASCP), but they're so pretty stained. What do you guys think?
