I found this table on Craigslist and fell for it right away. It's not often you find a table with such interesting lines. I love the detail work. When I first saw it, I thought I'd definitely be using dark wax on it. However, I decided to do a wash on it and liked it so much, I just stuck with a clear wax and called it good! You can see from the picture below that the painting technique on this piece is very rustic. I wanted it to look shabby chic and am really excited about how this finish gives it that look.
